Privacy notice

What happens to the information you send us through this website.

This website does not set cookies, does not use analytics and loads nothing from anyone else’s server.

Who we are

RNT Solutions Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (number 12507667), registered office 88 Holly Avenue, Breaston, Derby DE72 3BR, is responsible for the personal information you send us through this website. Contact us at info@rntsolutions.co.uk or on 07957 949627.

Enquiries

If you use the form on our contact page we receive what you enter: your name, email address and phone number, and your business name, the service you need, your idea and any website addresses if you give them. If you email or call us, we receive what you send or tell us. We use it to reply to you, to discuss your project and to prepare a quote. We do not use it for marketing and we do not share it with anyone else for their own purposes.

Why we are allowed to use it

You have asked us for a quote or for information, so we use your details to take steps you have asked for before a possible contract, and in our legitimate interest in replying to you. If you become a client, our general terms explain how we handle the data we work with on your behalf.

Where it is stored

Form submissions are stored by Netlify, the company that hosts this site, so that we can read them. Netlify processes them on our instructions. Netlify is based in the United States, so what you send may be stored outside the UK, under the safeguards UK data protection law requires for such transfers. A copy is also emailed to us. We keep an enquiry only for as long as we need it to deal with your request.

Links to other sites

This site links to the websites we have built for our clients. Nothing from those sites is loaded until you follow a link, at which point their own privacy notices apply.

Server logs

Like any website, this one is served by a host that keeps short-lived technical logs of requests (the page, the time and the IP address) to keep the site running and secure. We do not use them to identify visitors.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details above and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
